Does your logo have any special meanings to it? The Ghost Base logo is a combination of the Rebel Bird and a symbol from the side of the Corellian VCX-100 light freighter known as Ghost.


What is the base’s history?

Formed as a splinter from Echo Base in 2014, Ghost Base is one of the newest, but fastest growing bases in the Rebel Legion.


Does the base have a favorite charity or annual event?

Three times a year near Pittsburgh, PA, Ghost Base joins forces with Garrison Carida of the 501st Legion at Steel City Con. Each event has dozens of celebrities, hundreds of artists and vendors, and thousands of visitors. At Steel City Con, we help Carida raise money for Alex’s Lemonade Stand.  Raising thousands of dollars for curing childhood cancer.

Also in Pittsburgh is the yearly St. Patrick’s Day parade where we march through the entire city to the delight of thousands of spectators.  This is the 2nd largest St. Patrick’s Day Parade in the world and we have won the best Marching Unit multiple times.

Another big parade is the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade which boasts being the oldest Thanksgiving Day Parade in the country.

In the middle of the state is a huge charity event each year.  Thon. Thon is a Penn State student run charity committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer.

Several walks including Vision Walk in Pittsburgh and the MS walk in Johnstown.

Currently we have several detachments in development
