With everyone's pic/table shifts/activities, I'm really leaning towards a morning get-together. The convention center doesn't open until 10am so we could do breakfast at 8am and everyone would still have time to make to change into costume for their various panels/pics/etc.

Ok, so I guess Sunday morning it is. I know there are big parties Saturday night, so we may be looking at a 9am breakfast.

We can discuss it once everyone gets to CV and gets their schedules ironed out.
