I bring greetings from your brothers and sisters at Tranquility Base!

As you know, the Where Science Meets Imagination exhibit will be running for 10 weeks, beginning June 25th. On June 24th, there will be a private showing (at 3:00 p.m.) of the exhibit for those troopers (and handlers) attending Opening Weekend, as well as a VIP showing of the exhibit later that evening (that will be a trooping event)!

We are now getting requests to make final preparations for the WSMI exhibit. As part of these preparations, I have come to ask for a roster of those members of Corellian Base who will be attending Opening Weekend (and/or the private/VIP showing on June 24th).

Some of the information we need is (1) who is attending (real name), (2) what costume you'll be trooping in, and (3) the days you'll be attending the WSMI exhibit. This information is primarily for Opening Weekend, but please be aware that there will be sign ups for subsequent weekends (for trooping).

With this in mind, I would like to make the organization of this aspect of Opening Weekend as simple as possible. Therefore, I would request that a liaison from Corellian Base contact me so we may coordinate who's going to be where and when.

Ninjamonkey (Linden Wilson - X-Wing Pilot) and I (Kell Yarwood) are planning on being there 25-27. I can work around whatever your local members will be bringing, I know you guys have a couple of great Leias down there - I can bring an alternate Leia (hoth, boushh, etc), and/or Amidala's parade dress or funeral dress.

What we're attempting to do at the moment is get a head count of folks who are atttending so we can organize locations of iconic characters. We don't want all of our Vaders, Fetts and Leia's in the same area!

So, bring any costumes you like. We'll find a place for them.

I am hoping to be there 6th however, I will be there 12th in my jedi costume. I was requested to be there openning weekend if I do it will be after 3PM because I have to make photos at a car show. I will be there though the VIP event of the 26th. I will be there in my jedi costume

Looks like y'all's pilots are aiming for Saturday already - which is awesome. We're planning on getting the 22nd out in force on Saturday. Should make for some great pics!
