    CHARACTER DESCRIPTION An example of a Hoth Officer is Toryn Farr, who was a Human female who served as a communications officer in the Rebel Alliance during the Galactic Civil War.  Three years after the Battle of Yavin, she was stationed in Echo Base on the planet Hoth and coordinated the defense and evacuation of the planet from the control room.  She was one of the last officers to leave Hoth, escaping on the final transport Bright Hope. Boots Grey/light blue quilted fabric boots.  Flat soled without straps or embellishments.  Boot height should be at least over the calf, just short of knee height. 2. Jumpsuit Medium grey jumpsuit of a medium weight fabric with long sleeves that end in a cuff.  The jumpsuit has a mandarin collar with a flap that goes from right to left.  There must be a patch pocket on each upper thigh, a code cylinder pocket on the upper left arm, and an empty comm pad pocket on the lower left arm. 3. Screen accurate code cylinders/arm tools in upper arm pocket. 4. Screen accurate cloth insignia sewn onto upper right arm of jumpsuit, consisting of white cloth with black grid of 9 squares with no outside border, with an orange and red rectangle painted within two of the squares. 5. Vest Beige or tan sleeveless vest with a puffy, padded collar, front pockets, and a rectangular, open front rank badge pocket on the front, upper right.  The bottom two-thirds of the vest should be quilted to match reference photos.  The vest has no fastenings. 6. Rank badge Screen accurate rank badge on vest, in the left chest pocket.       CHARACTER DESCRIPTION Lobot was a Human male who served as the chief administrative aide to Baron Administrator Lando Calrissian on Cloud City over the planet Bespin.  His brain was connected to the city’s central computer which allowed him to communicate directly with the city’s computer network.  In this capacity, he served as the city’s first and only computer-liaison officer. Source Wookieepedia   REQUIRED ITEMS 1. Tunic a. Cream colored undershirt with wide billowy sleeves and cuff at the wrist and stand-up square collar. 2. Vest a. Gray in color (to match references) b. Has a Y-shaped bib section and two pocket flaps. Top stitching is visible near side boarder of bib and side and bottom of pocket flaps. c. Back of vest has parallel pleats at side that goes up and over the shoulder and ends at the pocket flaps near the arm pit. (Similar to shoulder tucks on the Jedi outer tunic, but extends all the way down the back of the vest.) d. Vest may be attached to the pants in a jumpsuit fashion if desired 3. Pants a. Full-length pants in the same color of the vest b. No pockets. 4. Belt a. The belt is black in color, featuring 2 layer construction.  The bottom layer should be of a thin leather like material that wraps around the costumer.  The top layer should be thicker and covered in a leather or leather like material. b. The belt has a wide portion that wraps from the costumer’s right hip to left hip.  The back of the belt is narrow, about 3 inches wide. c. The top layer of the belt contains a rectangular opening in the middle of the front portion to display the greeblies. This thick portion wraps from the costumer’s right hip to left hip. d. Greeblies include in the opening of the belt’s top layer include: 2 large silver discs 2 large black discs with a + configuration on the surface 2 Small black rectangles with silver borders 2 sets of 2 small silver rectangles A single silver rectangle  The bottom portion of a snap e. Connecting the vest and pants is a single small black belt loop piece centered on the back of the vest and pants.  The back of the belt should sit underneath this belt loop. 5. Headpiece a. Accurately shaped headpiece that is gray in color. b. There is a layer of light gray felt-like material over the top rim of the headpiece. c. LEDs can be either functional or not. d. The headpiece is symmetrical. Each of the two sides of the headpiece has the following: -Four red tinted rectangular LEDs in a recessed side panel. Side panel is painted dark blue, that appears black. Black paint is also acceptable. -One red tinted LED in a recessed circle at side of the cheeks. -A row of white LEDs facing backwards under a clear plastic shield, no more than nine LEDs -Two non functioning red tinted LEDs with black o-rings at the base on the back panel. -Four small red tinted LEDs on the front panel. -Accurately placed reflective tape. *Costumer must be bald.  A bald cap can be used to achieve the look. 6.           CHARACTER DESCRIPTION The Bespin Wing Guard, informally known as the Bespin Security Guard, Cloud City Wing Guard, or Cloud Police, whose members sometimes were called Bespin cops, was the primary security force of Cloud City on Bespin. Source: Wookieepedia   REQUIRED ITEMS 1. Undershirt a. Shirt is a cream-colored turtleneck made of jersey material b. Only the turtleneck collar of the undershirt is exposed. 2. Jacket a. The jacket is blue in color and made of a matte material b. The jacket closes in the center using Velcro for the closure c. Trim on jacket is very thin almost flat gold piping. Piping goes around the neck down both sides of the jacket and around the back about 1″ inside the jacket edge. There is an additional looped design out of the same trim on the front lower corner of both sides of the jacket d. Jacket has a 3 inch high dart in the center of each side front at the bottom e. The sleeves of the jacket have red cuffs on the forearms that are pointed to a triangular shape on the outer side of the sleeve f. The top triangular points of the red cuffs are trimmed in black g. Jacket is collarless h. Jacket bottom is below the waistline and covers the waistline of the pants.   NOTE: The Jacket, Pants, and Helmet are a dark blue (not navy) in color and should match as closely as possible.  Since the Helmet is a suede like material it might be easier to purchase cream, white or ivory fabrics and then dye them so they all look the same. 3. Pants a. The pants are made of the same blue material as the jacket b. The pants are tucked into the boots c. Pants may close in front with standard fly stitching 4. Boots a. The boots are made of leather or leather-like material. No rubber boots allowed b. Boots come to just below the knee and are black leather. (No suede or vinyl or rubber boots) c. It is preferred that the boots have a visible full-length inside zipper with either a brass or gold colored regular zipper pull – however pull on boots will be permitted or smaller inside zippers. No laces or buckles allowed.   5. Helmet  a. Accurately shaped helmet based on the Ottoman Turkish Kabulak but worn backwards to create the very short visor effect. Material of hat should have a suede like appearance and match the jacket and pants in color. The helmet design is made from 2 belts. Each belt is made of a right and left side. The right and left sides overlap on the top belt in the opposite direction as the bottom belt. The bottom belt sits on top of the upper belt. b. Belts have a dark blue trim on the edges which are visible and make the design of the hat.   OPTIONAL ITEMS 1. The technicians oversaw the shield generator the Rebel Alliance defence against any incoming Imperial attacks. They also helped maintain the Ion cannon used to take out a Star Destroyer and assisted in launching the Rebel Fleet off of the Hoth Planet when the Empire overran the Rebel defences.   REQUIRED ITEMS 1.       CHARACTER DESCRIPTION A pilot, sometimes called a flyboy, directly controlled the operation of a vehicle while located within the same craft. A pilot was often assisted by a copilot, navigator, astromech droid, weapons officer, or other crew members. The term “pilot” was applied across vehicles used on land or in water, air, and/or space. The military designation for a pilot was PL-1. Whether this applied to all pilots or only starfighter pilots is unknown. Light grey/silver grey ejection harness and web belt Harness and belt are made of strapping material that is 2” (inches) wide Front and back straps extend up the torso under the flack vest and are secured to either the flightsuit or to the inside the flak vest panels. Attachment must be hidden by the flak vest. The lower part of the harness should fall (or loop) just below the inseam (or crotch area) Two loops of strapping are connected to the front-back strapping (at the lowest part of the front-back loop) and loop around each leg, drooping no lower than the knees The belt is worn over the front/back harness strap and is closed with a silver/gray “cargo slide” (or roll pin) style buckle.     CHARACTER DESCRIPTION Carlist Rieekan was an Alderaanian general who, throughout his life, served the Galactic Republic, the Alliance to Restore the Republic, the Alliance of Free Planets, the New Republic, and the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances. He joined the Republic’s Judicial Forces at the age of seventeen before serving in the Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. With the advent of Supreme Chancellor Palpatine’s ascension to Emperor and the installment of the Galactic Empire in 19 BBY, Rieekan immediately rejected the new regime. Instead, he chose to serve the Royal House of Alderaan as a civilian tactician, before becoming one of the founding members of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, a rebellion against the rule of the Emperor. Faux fur is not allowed unless hair extensions have been added. No yarn or shag carpet Wookiees. The hair must maintain a consistent quality/type throughout the suit. 3. Dark brown, gray, or black gloves should be worn. There should be enough overlap between the gloves and the wrists of the hair suit that no skin is exposed. Gloves may be made of leather, vinyl, cloth, or rubber. 4. When worn, the feet must be completely covered with hair except for the bottom and the toes. The toes and toenails/claws must be visible. 5. The mask must completely cover the head and neck, without completely obscuring the shape of the shoulders. The eyes, a smooth black nose, and a large jaw/muzzle should all be clearly visible. A slight mustache like feature should be present as well. 6. The mask hair should be smooth and well groomed, not bushy, so that the mask’s shape and structure are clear. Beards, mustaches, dreadlocks and other features are encouraged. 7. Static masks should not be frozen in a fully opened position. All static mouths should be closed. 8. Although a functioning jaw and/or lip snarl is not required, the skin and lips of any mechanical masks should appear as one piece, rather than a separated jaw and and face. This refers only to the mask’s outward appearance, not the underskull. Costumers should be aware that mechanical jaws and lips are complex projects requiring purpose-built components using special materials. They cannot simply be added to an existing latex rubber mask.       CHARACTER DESCRIPTION Chewbacca (or “Chewie”, as he was known by his friends) was a legendary Wookiee from Kashyyyk and co-pilot of Han Solo’s ship, the Millennium Falcon. He was the son of Attichitcuk, the husband of Mallatobuck, and the father of Lumpawaroo. (Source Wookieepedia) REQUIRED ITEMS: 1. Complete hair suit using natural or synthetic fibers. Most of the hair should be a medium-brown color. The outsides of the knees, the shoulders, the upper back, and the back of the head should be a dark brown, gray, or a mix. The ends of the bandolier should be tapered and attach to a medium-sized leather or suede pouch with a large flap cover.
